Both the parties jointly submit that the application under Order-39 Rule-1 of C.P.C. for injunction is pending in Title Suit No. 58 of 2019 and this Court may direct the Sub Judge-I, Sheohar, to dispose of the said application expeditiously.

In view of the aforesaid submissions of the parties, the Sub Judge-I, Sheohar, is directed to decide the pending application for injunction filed under Order-39 Rule-1 of C.P.C.

Patna High Court CWJC No.4751 of 2021(3) dt.26-07-2022 2/2 in Title Suit No. 58 of 2019 within a period of four weeks from today after hearing all the parties.
