2. Petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Khajanchi Hat P.S. Case No. 511/ 2024 dated 14.10.2024 registered for the offence(s) punishable under Section(s) 8(c), and 21(b) of the NDPS Act.

3. As per the prosecution's case, from the possession of this petitioner 47 packets of smack (weight 12.614 gm), cash of Rs. 8,523/- and a mobile phone were recovered.

4. Heard both the sides and perused the FIR.

5. In the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the averments made in the petition and mainly petitioner's the pleas that the seized contraband comes under the purview of intermediate quantity and the same is slightly more

Accordingly, let the petitioner namedabove be released on bail in connection with Khajanchi Hat P.S. Case No. 511/ 2024 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- ( Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Court concerned.
