JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 31-01-2019 This application has been filed for modification of order dated 16.9.2010 passed in Cr.Misc.No. 24991 of 2010 by which petitioner was granted anticipatory bail.

However, it appears that he has not appeared before the court and now he has filed this modification application to permit him to surrender.

Heard learned APP also.

Having heard both sides and in view of the fact that this application has been filed after eight years of granting anticipatory bail and for that no cogent reason has been assigned, I am not inclined to interfere with the earlier order passed by this Court.

Accordingly, this application is dismissed.
