The present petition has been preferred for compliance of the order dated 18.05.2018 passed in CWJC No. 8321 of 2017.
Patna High Court MJC No.4378 of 2018(3) dt.23-06-2023 2/2 The order was very clear that the Court had taken into account the fact that all dues of the petitioner has been paid and further it was observed that if still has any grievance, he was given liberty to represent before the Jai Prakash University, Chapra.
According to him, he represented and according to the University, the petitioner was directed to submit the documents in prescribed format so that the same could be sent to pay verification cell constituted by the State.
It has been informed by the learned Counsel for the petitioner that subsequently, it has also been cleared by the pay verification cell.
In that view of the matter, it is expected that the payment if still not made will be cleared to the petitioner at an earliest.
The contempt petition stands disposed of.
