ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 21-01-2020 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioner is in custody since 18.12.2019 in connection with Koilwar P.S. Case No.420 of 2019 (Excise Case No.2549 of 2019) registered for the offence under Sections 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. Considering the fact that the petitioner has no criminal antecedents and the alleged recoveries were not in his presence, though it is said that it was recovered from a plastic bag loaded on the motorcycle, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.D.J. 4th cum Special Judge, Excise Act, Bhojpur at Ara, in connection with
