The petitioner is in custody in a case registered under Section 366(A) of the Indian Penal Code.

The prosecution case in, brief, is that on 17.10.2014 informant's daughter, namely, Seema Kuamri went to school at 10.00 a.m. but she did not return to her home and in this sequence the informant searched among family members and connected people. It is further stated that on same day at 9 p.m. informant received phone on his mobile by mobile no. 9955647270 and informant talk to his daughter and in the meantime another voice started abusing to informant and it is suspected by the informant that this voice was of Rampal Manjhi and it is further

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.21393 of 2015 (2) dt.14-07-2015 2/2 apprehended that his daughter, Seema Kumari, fled away with aforesaid fellow.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 21.10.2014 and the charge sheet has been submitted in this case. It is further submitted that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and there is no chance of tampering the evidence.

On behalf of the State, it has been submitted that the petitioner is named in the FIR.

Considering the facts aforesaid, let above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Gaya, in Wazirganj (Tankuppa) P.S.Case No. 475 of 2014.
