At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that during the interregnum period, an order of punishment, under Rule 43(B) of the Bihar Pension Rules, 1950, has been passed, which has been challenged by the petitioner in one another writ petition, bearing CWJC No.18424 of 2021, hence the present writ petition be disposed off, subject to the outcome of the said writ petition.
