The petitioner has been arrested in connection with Parsauni P.S. Case No. 18 of 2015 registered under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that informant and his cousin brother were coming from Gurgaon via Muzaffarpur and came at Kargil Chauk, Sitamarhi from bus, where driver of one white colour Beloero was standing on which the informant and his brother sat to go to Sheohar at their home, but on the way, four miscreants looted their articles and mobile on the point of knife and fled away. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. It is further submitted that

No.20595 of 2015 (3) dt.31-07-2015 the alleged occurrence took place on 05.03.2015 at about 4-5 A.m. but the informant did not inform anybody either to the police or any nearby people about the occurrence. It is further submitted that petitioner is in jail custody since 07.03.2015. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Judicial Magistrate,1st Class, Sitamarhi, in connection with Parsauni P.S. Case no. 18 of 2015.
