ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 05-04-2016 The Petitioners seek revision of the judgment of conviction dated 20.01.2016 passed by the Sessions Judge, Buxar in Criminal Appeal No. 31 of 2011, by which he has affirmed the judgment dated 20.05.2011 passed by the Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Buxar in Itarhi P.S. Case No. 100 of 2000 (Tr. No. 1683 of 2009, G.R. No. 1442 of 2000), by which he has convicted the Petitioners under Sections 324, 323 and 341 IPC and sentenced them to undergo R.I. for two years.

Having gone through the judgment of conviction, I do not find any reason for interference.

However, considering the period of custody the sentence is reduced to the period already undergone by the

Patna High Court CR. REV. No.214 of 2016 dt.05-04-2016 Petitioners and payment of Rs. 20,000/- each by way of compensation to the two injured to be distributed equally. With the aforesaid observations, the application stands dismissed.
