Learned counsel for the State submits that the orders of the learned Writ Court have been complied in its entirety, as such, the contempt applications have become infructuous. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that no doubt the pension has started but the payment has been made only up till February, 2023 and the payment of March and April, 2023 is still due. It is thus submitted that it appears that since the contempt petitions were pending before this Court, as such, the authority started the pension and the moment the contempt petitions will be disposed the pension will be stopped as payment for March and April, 2023 till date has not been paid to which learned counsel for the University submits that the authorities cannot think of giving a false undertaking before this Court and, as such, apprehension of petitioners is unfounded. It

Patna High Court MJC No.527 of 2021(11) dt.08-05-2023 3/3 is next submitted that nothing prevents the petitioners for approaching the Court again in the event if orders of the learned Writ Court or the averments made in the show cause is not complied.

In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the University, the contempt applications are disposed off.
