JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 18-04-2023 Though the present writ petition has been filed for implementing the order dated 16.07.2014, passed by SubDivisional Magistrate-cum-House Controller, Khagaria in case no.02 of 2010, whereby and whereunder the respondent no.6 has been directed to vacate the house in question, however, the respondents have filed a supplementary counter affidavit, which is taken on record, wherein it has been stated that now the aforesaid order dated 16.07.2014 has stood complied with, and after giving opportunity of hearing to the private respondent no.6, necessary steps have been taken, whereupon the Sub-

Patna High Court CWJC No.2334 of 2017(2) dt.18-04-2023 2/2 Divisional Magistrate-cum-House Controller, Khagaria had passed the final order dated 15.04.2023, and then a Magistrate was deputed to get the house in question vacated, pursuant whereupon the house of the petitioner has been vacated by the respondent no.6 on 16.04.2023.

The learned senior counsel, appearing for the petitioner, has not disputed the fact that the petitioner has now got back possession of the house in question on 17.04.2023, hence, it is submitted that the petitioner is not having any subsisting grievance at the moment, thus, the present writ petition may be disposed off.

According, the present writ petition stands disposed off as not pressed.
