2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Noor Sarai P.S. Case No. 356 of 2023, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 149, 341, 323, 337, 338, 307, 353, 354, 504, 506, 188 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per allegation, the informant got an information that a boy died in a road accident. On information, the police personnel reached on the spot and found that the family members of the deceased and 100 other persons had blocked the road and created jam. In the meantime, about 50 villagers, armed with rod, danda and bricks, started dismantling the vehicles.
4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that he is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. As a

No.5868 of 2024(2) dt.17-02-2024 2/2 matter of fact, a peaceful mob was protesting as one innocent person died due to motor accident and a number of persons have falsely been implicated in this case. He has submitted further that on exactly similar footing, co-accused Surendra Paswan has been granted in Cr. Misc. No. 80996 of 2023.

Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks before the learned court below, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nalanda in connection with Noor Sarai P.S. Case No. 356 of 2023, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. (Nawneet Kumar Pandey, J) Kundan/- U T
