2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per prosecution case, this petitioner stabbed the informant. Doctor has found simple injury. Petitioner has got clean antecedent.

4. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.
