JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 15-03-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner is named in the first information report but accusation against the petitioner is that he along with other F.I.R named accused snatched belongings of informant and also took his signature on plain paper which was converted into promissory note.
Submission on behalf of the petitioner is that petitioner was working in the coaching institute of Shashi Ranjan Kumar with whom the informant had some dispute regarding payment of some dues and, as a matter of fact, petitioner has been implicated in this case being employee of the coaching institute of aforesaid

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties and also taking note of this fact that petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nalanda at Biharsharif in connection with Bihar P.S.Case No. 44 of 2016.
