JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 26-06-2019 The learned counsel for the opposite parties, referring to the show cause filed in the present case, has submitted that the petitioner has not filed any appeal before the Divisional Commissioner, Magadh Division, Patna Range, Patna, which has transpired upon a search being made in the office of the said Divisional Commissioner, hence in case, the petitioner files an appropriate appeal, appropriate decision would be taken in accordance with law.
