JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 07-03-2024 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "For issuance of writ in the nature of mandamus for directing the Respondents for considering the application dated 08.08.2023 and 11.08.2023 by which the petitioner has requested for payment of salary for the working period i.e. one day in July, October and two days in December 2017, two day in March 2018, 30 days April 2018, from July 2018 to November 2018, 30 days of July 2019, 17 days in July 2019, 3 days in December 2020, 5 days in the March, 2021 and 3 days in the April 2021."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the respondent no.5, i.e. the Civil Surgeon-cum-Chief Medical Officer, Munger for redressal of her aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

It is needless to state that in case appropriate representation is filed, within a period of two weeks from today, the Civil Surgeon-cumChief Medical Officer, Munger shall dispose off the same by passing a reasoned and a speaking order, in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks, thereafter.

The writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
