Earlier the prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected by this Court, vide order dated 14.12.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No.73516 of 2018 .

Allegation is about recovery of 599 ltr. And 400 ml. of liquor from the Bathan of the petitioner.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that earlier the prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected with observation to renew his prayer for bail after framing of the charge and now the charge has been framed and the petitioner is in custody for about four months. .

Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and

No.4082 of 2019(2) dt.31-01-2019 2/2 circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ADJ II cum Special Judge , Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Sadar Hajipur P.S.Case No.534 of 2018, with condition that he will co-operate in disposal of the trial and will also appear as and when required by the learned court below; otherwise his bail bond shall be cancelled.

With the aforesaid observation, this application is allowed.
