The petitioner is languishing in custody since 17.08.2013 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 414/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 25(1-A), (1-AA)/25(1-B)a/26/35 of the Arms Act.

On the statement of the petitioner recovery of the arms and ammunitions were made from Guddu Mahto and others.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that Guddu Mahto has been granted bail vide Cr. Misc. No. 18982 of 2014 and there is no recovery from the possession of the petitioner. The petitioner is accused in one other case apart

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.22365 of 2015 (2) dt.13-07-2015 2/2 from the present one.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur at Ara in connection with Agioan (Garhani) P.S. Case No. 106 of 2013.
