2. The basic contention of the petitioner is that he should be absorbed on the post of Store Keeper as per the Agrawal Committee Report.

3. Learned counsel for the University submitted that the petitioner may file a representation before the respondent no. 1, who will consider the same and pass appropriate orders.

4. In view thereof, the writ petition stands disposed off with liberty to the petitioner to file a representation before the respondent no. 1.

5. If such a representation is filed within four weeks from today, the same shall be considered and disposed off, in accordance with law, within two months thereafter.
