Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under sections 457 and 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner was arrested in connection with Bhabua P.S. case no. 670/2015 and some stolen articles of the aforesaid case were recovered from his conscious possession. The confessional statement of the petitioner was recorded in that case and on the basis of the aforesaid confessional statement, petitioner was remanded in this case. Moreover, petitioner is in jail custody since 20.1.2016 but up till now, he has not been put on T.I. Parade. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like
