2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 149, 341, 323, 337, 338, 307, 353, 354, 504, 506 and 188 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Prosecution case in brief is that on 26.07.2023 at about 7.10 am the informant posted as PSI, Noorsarai PS got information that one boy died near village Muzaffarpur in road accident. On this information, police party reached there, where they saw that family members of the deceased and about 100

When the police party tried to stop them, the villagers started abusing them. In the meantime, about 50 villagers armed with sticks, rods started pelting stones at the police party and damaged the vehicles and created obstruction in discharging their official duty.

4. It is submitted by the counsel for petitioners that petitioners have been falsely implicated in this case only on suspicion. There is no specific allegation against petitioners rather allegation is general and omnibus. Petitioners have got no criminal antecedents. Moreover, similarly situated co-accused persons have been granted bail by a coordinate Bench of this court vide order dated 04.01.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 82281 of 2023.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioners above-named, in the event of their arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate/concerned court, Nalanda in connection with Noor Sarai P.S. Case No. 356
