Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner is not named in the first information report but while investigation of this case was pending, co-accused was caught in connection with another case and confessed their guilt disclosing the name of the petitioner as their associates and except the aforesaid confessional statement of co-accused as well as criminal antecedent of one case, there appears to be nothing against the petitioner who is languishing in jail custody since 14.1.2016.

Accordingly, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sub divisional Judicial Magistrate, Daudnagar, Aurangabad in Haspura P.S. Case no.
