The petitioner is in custody in connection with Madhepura P.S. Case No.896 of 2020 registered for offences under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner has two antecedents of similar nature and he has been named in the confessional statement of co-accused Sandeep Kumar. Petitioner is in jail custody since 07.06.2021. Considering the allegations levelled against the petitioner, this application for bail is allowed. Accordingly, let petitioner, above-named, be released on bail after framing of charge on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial
