In this case, the petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Kateya P.S. Case No. 230 of 2018, G.R. No.3296 of 2018 registered for offence under section 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation has been made that after execution of sale deed in favour of the husband of the petitioner, the present petitioner got the deceased killed.

Looking to the entire facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner and accordingly her prayer for bail is rejected.
