Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under section 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner appears to be order giver and it was co-accused Lila Devi who gave fatal blow from back portion of Garasa causing head injury to the deceased. The alleged occurrence appears to have taken place on account of cutting of sisam tree. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur in Mushahari P.S.
