The petitioner seeks bail in Begusarai Town P.S. Case No. 566 of 2014 under Sections 406 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code.
The informant alleged that the petitioner took her ornaments to get her son released on bail. The petitioner is in jail since 13.09.2014.
Considering the fact that the petitioner has already in jail for more than six months, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each
