The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Sections 304 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The bail bond of the petitioner was cancelled on 24.2.2015. The petitioner has misused the privilege of bail and for that the petitioner has remained in jail for more than two months. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Ad hoc Additional Sessions Judge, 1st, Jehanabad, in connection with Sessions Trial No. 175/2008, arising out of Ghosi P.S.Case No. 286/2005.
