Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Manjhi P.S.Case No.253 of 2019 dated 30.8.2019 , registered for offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 504, 506,385 and 353/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per FIR, petitioner along with the other accused persons have demanded Rangdari and also locked the school gate.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the petitioner happens to be school teacher and informant is the headmaster of the school. There is dispute between them with respect to management of school, due to that implicated in this case. There is no chance of his

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ACJM XIV, Chapra at Saran in connection with Manjhi P.S.Case No.253 of 2019, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure with further condition to cooperate in the investigation and appear as and when required and further condition that in no way he will threaten the informant of this case otherwise his bail bond shall be cancelled.
