JUSTICE HARISH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 07-07-2022 Mr. Manohar Prasad Singh, learned counsel appearing on behalf appellant, at the outset submits that the present appeal has been preferred inadvertently against the impugned order dated 13.12.2021 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge-VI-cum-Exclusive Special Judge, Munger whereby the prayer for bail of the appellant has been rejected, though against the impugned order passed by the learned court below, the application for bail in terms of Section 439 of the Cr.P.C. would alone be maintainable before this Court.

In view of the aforesaid facts, the learned counsel for the appellant seeks permission to convert the present memo of appeal into a regular bail application.

Permission is accorded.

Two weeks' time is allowed to the learned counsel for
