The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Sections 366(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The prayer for bail of the petitioner was earlier twice rejected with liberty that the petitioner may renew his prayer for bail after examination of the victim. It is submitted that six witnesses have already been examined including the victim Reeta Kumari (PW4). The victim did not support the case. The petitioner is in jail since 16.01.2014.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned District Judge (Special Judge Vigilance 1st), Patna in Special Case No. 59 of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.9277 of 2015 (3) dt.23-04-2015 2/2 2014, arising out of Mokama P.S. Case No. 6/14, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall appear physically on each and every date during the course of trial and on any default on the part of the petitioner, the trial court shall cancel the bail bonds of the petitioner.
