JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 16-01-2020 This appeal has been filed against the order dated 11.12.2019 passed by learned Special Judge (SC/ST Act)-cum Additional Sessions Judge, 1st, Nawada, in connection with Nardiganj P.S. Case No. 66 of 2019 disclosing offences under Sections 341, 323, 308, 354, 379, 504/34 of IPC. Allegation against the appellants and other accused persons of assaulting and abusing of the informant. Submission of leaned counsel for the appellants is that no specific allegation has been attributed against them. Heard learned Special P.P., who opposed the prayer for bail on the ground that there are allegations of assault

Patna High Court CR. APP (SJ) No.126 of 2020(4) dt.16-01-2020 2/2 against the appellants causing serious injury and apart from that there is allegation of abuse by taking caste name also, as such, there are materials showing the SC/ST (Prevention of Atrocities ) Act.

Having heard both sides, in view of the allegations, I am not inclined to grant bail to the appellants. They have to surrender and pray for regular bail.

Accordingly, this appeal is dismissed.
