The present application has been filed for modification of the order dated 18.12.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 75718 of 2018 by which the petitioners were granted bail in connection with Mansi P.S. Case No. 183 of 2017 to the satisfaction of A.S.J.-1st, Khagaria and the petitioners were directed to surrender in the Court below within a period of six weeks and furnish bail bonds.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that in the petition of Cr. Misc. No. 75718 of 2018, inadvertently in the prayer portion, in place of C.J.M., Khagaria, A.S.J.-1st Khagaria had been typed, resultantly, in the last paragraph of order dated 18.12.2018, in place of "C.J.M., Khagaria", it has

Considering the submissions made on behalf of the learned counsel for the petitioners and the grounds mentioned in the modification application, the same is allowed. Let in the last paragraph of the order dated 18.12.2018, in place of "A.S.J.-1st Khagaria", it shall be read as "C.J.M., Khagaria". Further, the period of surrender of the petitioners in the Court below is extended for a further period of six weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order. The rest of the conditions stipulated in the order will be same. The order dated 18.12.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 75718 of 2018 is modified to the extent as indicated above.
