The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections 366(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant alleged that the petitioner called her minor daughter and thereafter all the three accused persons kidnapped her daughter. The victim made her statement under Section 164 of the Code of Criminal Procedure and she disclosed that she voluntarily went to Delhi and solemnized marriage with Rahim Ali. She denied the factum of her being kidnapped. Considering the facts aforesaid and the fact that the petitioner is a lady, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran at
