1. The defects, pointed out by the Registry, are ignored.

2. In compliance of the order of this Court dated 07.03.2018, passed in CWJC No.1617 of 2017, the opposite parties have taken a decision inasmuch as the Principal Secretary to the Government, Environment, Forest and Climate Change Department, Government of Bihar, Patna has already passed a reasoned order dated 19.08.2019.

3. In view of the aforesaid, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in case the petitioner is aggrieved by the

Patna High Court MJC No.4386 of 2018(4) dt.13-03-2024 2/2 aforesaid order dated 19.08.2019, he be granted liberty to assail the same. Liberty so sought is granted.

4. The present petition stands disposed off.
