JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 13-04-2023 After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this anticipatory bail petition granting liberty to the petitioner to surrender before the court below and make a prayer for regular bail. Permission is accorded. The anticipatory bail petition stands dismissed as withdrawn.

However, if petitioner surrenders before the court below in connection with aforesaid case within a period of six weeks from today and prays for regular bail, the learned court below, without being prejudiced by this order, shall examine the same on its own merit and pass appropriate order in accordance with law.
