The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Sections 399/402 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1-B)A/26/35 of the Arms Act.

The petitioner was apprehended by the police on 12.10.2014 and from the possession of the petitioner, one loaded country-made pistol was recovered. One motorcycle was also recovered for which another case was lodged. The petitioner is in jail since 12.10.2014. The petitioner has already remained in jail for more than six months.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M.,
