====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SATYAVRAT VERMA ORAL ORDER 17-08-2022 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned A.P.P. for the State.

Let the defect(s), if any, be removed within a period of four weeks.

The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 325, 307, 379 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners are persons with clean antecedent and from perusal of the allegation as alleged in the FIR, it would manifest that the occurrence took place on a very trivial dispute. He further submits that petitioners are on police bail.

Learned counsel for the petitioners, after arguing

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.4037 of 2022(2) dt.17-08-2022 2/2 vehemently for sometimes, seeks permission to withdraw the anticipatory bail application.

Permission is accorded.

Accordingly, the anticipatory bail application is dismissed as withdrawn in connection with Supaul P.S. Case No. 35 of 2016 pending in the Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Supaul/successor Court.

In the event, if the petitioners surrender before the learned Trial Court on or before 31.08.2022, the learned Trial Court shall dispose of the case on the same day keeping in mind that petitioners are on police bail.
