The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Sections 307 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code, Section 25 (1-b)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act and Section 3(b) of the Explosive Substance Act.

The petitioner was apprehended and from his possession one loaded country made pistol was recovered. Nobody was injured. The petitioner has already remained in Jail for more than 10 months.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sri Randhir Kumar,
