The matter has been listed under the heading 'For Orders' under the orders of Hon'ble the Chief Justice. After some argument, learned senior counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present application with liberty to approach before the concerned Confiscating Proceeding Authority for release of the vehicle in question. Permission is accorded.
