The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Sikty P.S. Case No.44 of 2020 registered under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. It is further submitted that the name of the petitioner has surfaced in this case merely on the basis of confessional statement of coaccused Sanjeet Mahto. The petitioner has no concern with the seized liquor. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a
