2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences punishable under Sections 191 (2), 191 (3) 190, 126 (2), 127 (2), 115 (2) and 109 of the B.N.S..

3. The allegation on the petitioner is that he in association of other co-accused is said to have dragged the informant and his friend from the saloon and on the protest the petitioner and other accused persons assaulted the informant and his friends due to which they sustained injury.

4. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that from perusal of the F.I.R., it is apparent that the allegations are general and omnibus in nature. It is further submitted that on a petty dispute, due to exchange of hot words, the said scuffle

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.10717 of 2025(3) dt.30-04-2025 2/2 took place. It is further submitted that no offence under Section 109 B.N.S. is made out against the petitioner. The injury sustained by the victim is simple in nature and the injury report is annexed as Annexure-P/2 to this petition and also available to the case diary. Petitioner has one criminal antecedent but he is on bail in the said case.

5. Learned APP for the State opposed the prayer of bail.

6. In such view of the matter, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending/successor Court in connection with Sikandra P.S. Case No.330 of 2024, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 482 (2) of the B.N.S.S.
