Petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Bihra P.S. Case No. 91 of 2008 registered for the offence punishable under section 307 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code and section 27 of the Arms Act. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that petitioners have been falsely implicated in this case due to admitted land dispute between the parties. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saharsa in connection with Bihra P.S.
