2. The present application has been filed for the following reliefs:- (i) For issuing direction upon the respondent

Patna High Court CR. WJC No.114 of 2025(2) dt.03-07-2025 2/3 authorities to arrest the accused persons (respondent no.7 and 11) who are FIR named accused of Paru P.S. Case No.186 of 2024, dated 21.06.2024, registered for the offence punishable u/s 302, 34, 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

(ii) For directing the State Respondents to make proper investigation of Paru P.S. Case No.186 of 2024.

(iii) For directing the State Respondents to provide security to the petitioner along with his whole family members, who lodged the present FIR.

(iv) For any other relief for which the petitioner is entitled for.

3. The prosecution case is that the daughter-in-law of the informant informed the informant's daughter that her brother had been killed and his body was hanging from a tree. The informants' son had gone to his in-laws' house on 07.06.2024. When the informant reached there, he found the body of his son lying on the ground. The informant alleged that his daughter-inlaw has killed his son and hung his body from a tree to hide evidence.

4. In view of the ratio laid down by the Supreme Court in the case Sakiri Vasu vs. State of U.P. (2008) 2 SCC 409, petitioner is directed to move before the concerned Court below for the redressal of his grievance. If such an application is filed before the Court below, the Magistrate will pass an order in

Patna High Court CR. WJC No.114 of 2025(2) dt.03-07-2025 3/3 accordance with law.

5. With the aforesaid direction, this application stands disposed of.
