Patna High Court C. REV. No.73 of 2017 dt.30-03-2017 2/3 reason that no ground for review is made out by reading the impugned order, dated 17.02.2017, from which any error apparent on the face of record emerges. When questioned closely, now, the counsel for the petitioner submits that the question being raised or questions, which were pleaded, were not considered by the Learned Single Judge in passing the impugned order by him.
This Court fails to understand that if that is true, then whether a review of the Learned Single Judge's order was required or a fresh ground or pleading was required to be considered by the Division Bench, sitting in appeal over the impugned order.
This is a frivolous review application.
Accordingly, it is dismissed.
A cost of Rs. 1,000/- (one thousand) only is imposed upon the petitioner, which should be deposited with the Legal Services Committee of Patna High Court, Patna or else the Court will initiate proceeding of contempt against the petitioner and ensure that such a cost is recovered from him.
Let this matter be listed under the heading "for orders" after five weeks, i.e., on 4th of May, 2017, when the Court will verify whether the cost is paid or not, or else
