1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Nagar (Sahayak) P.S. Case No.141/2021 dated 19.03.2021, registered for the offences under sections 363, 366(A), 341, 323, 354(A), 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the Court of learned C.J.M., Katihar.

3. In the nature of allegation, as alleged in the F.I.R., and the fact that the victim has supported the case of prosecution in her statement recorded under section 164 Cr.P.C., as such, the Court is not inclined to release the petitioner on bail.

4. Accordingly, the regular bail application of the petitioner is rejected.
