Annexure-3 to this petition shows that prior to the alleged occurrence the victim had eloped with co-accused, Jahoor Mian and the fact of previous elopement of the victim is admitted by the informant in his written report. Moreover, in the present case, the victim was caught by the informant at Gokhula Station and it is stated that petitioner and above stated Jahoor Mian as well as some other accused were also present with the victim. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with
