Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 452, 427, 379, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Taking into consideration that having more or less similar allegation, one co-accused, Sonu Sah @ Sonu Kumar has already been granted privilege of bail by this Court and none has sustained injury in the alleged occurrence, let the petitioners be

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.11129 of 2016 (2) dt.11-03-2016 2/2 released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-VI, Bhagalpur in connection with Ishakchak (Tilkamanjhi) P.S. Case No. 05 of 2016.
