It is submitted that the petitioner was not apprehended on the spot. One Lakhindra Paswan was apprehended, who disclosed the name of the petitioner. No incriminating article has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. The petitioner is in jail since 13.3.2015. Lakhindra Paswan has already been enlarged on bail vide order passed in B.P. No.1157/2013. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like
