2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of petitioner seeks modification of the order dated 08.11.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 71659 of 2023 on the ground that inadvertently in the prayer portion of the bail application as well as in paragraph no.7 of the aforesaid order dated 08.11.2023, in place of "satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M.-II, Bikramganj, Rohtas", it has been typed as "satisfaction of learned 19th Additional Sessions Judge, Rohtas at Sasaram", which is required to be modified to be read as "satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M.-II, Bikramganj,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.22038 of 2024(2) dt.20-03-2024 2/2 Rohtas". He further submits that time for surrender before the District Court be also extended by two weeks.

3. Considering the aforesaid submission, let "satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M.-II, Bikramganj, Rohtas" be substituted in place of "satisfaction of learned 19th Additional Sessions Judge, Rohtas at Sasaram" in paragraph no.7 of the order dated 08.11.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 71659 of 2023.

4. The time for surrender is, accordingly, extended by further period of two weeks from today.

5. The order dated 08.11.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 71659 of 2023 is modified to the aforesaid extent only. Rest parts of the order shall remain intact.
