JUSTICE RAJENDRA KUMAR MISHRA ORAL ORDER 18-08-2015 Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the appellant submits that this appeal has been filed by the State of Bihar, wherein valuation of the present appeal is shown Rs. 1,50,000/-, but in view of the Government notification No. 1544 dated 03.12.2014 issued by the Revenue and Land Reforms Department (Land acquisition Directorate), State of Bihar upto valuation of Rs. 3,00,000/- in land acquisition matter, the State of Bihar will not prefer the appeal.

In view of the aforesaid notification, learned counsel for the appellant seeks permission to withdraw this appeal. Accordingly, this appeal is disposed of as withdrawn.
